This festival takes place between 13th and 16th August in the magnificent Roman amphitheater in Avenches. The Oz’Arènes Rock Festival is sometimes called the smallest of the big festivals, although this is won’t be for much longer as it is becoming more and more successful.

The festival takes place in a Roman ampitheatre.
This year over 40 artists ranging from Motorhead and Patti Smith to Jessie J will be playing to local and visiting crowds. The magic of the setting combined with a varied and top rating programme is likely to prove as popular as ever with live music lovers.
Some acts are sold out so be quick if you want to go. Tickets are available from Printathome, FNAC and Ticketcorner.
Getting there is easy. The organisers have set up special buses from most main towns in the region to the venue. Visit the festival site for more information: www.rochozarenes.com
